Who Is Silas Caldwell?
Named an "Artist to Watch" by Relix Magazine, Silas spent 2024 and 2025 touring the United States, sharing the traditions of hill country blues, a genre born in North Mississippi, yet rooted in global sound.
He has performed with alongside many legendary artists at major events including CMA FEST (with Mason Ramsey) and COULDA BEEN NASHVILLE (Druski & Luke Combs). He is endorsed by Fender Musical Instruments and has worked with the National Endowment of the Arts.

The Kimbrough‑Caldwell Band is a Hill Country blues group led by Silas Caldwell and Kinney Kimbrough, son of the legendary Junior Kimbrough.
They carry forward the hypnotic, unrelenting groove of the genre with both veteran mastery and a new generation’s energy.
The core lineup features Silas Caldwell (guitar/vocals), Tony Caldwell (bass), and Kinney Kimbrough (drums).
Their live performances reunite the rhythm section of Junior Kimbrough’s “Soul Blues Boys” — Kinney on drums and Garry Burnside (GRAMMY‑nominated, son of R.L. Burnside) — with Silas standing as the next generation of North Mississippi blues artists.
Together, Silas and Kinney have built a band that bridges generations, preserving the pulse of Hill Country blues for the audiences of today.
The group is has recorded their debut album and are currently looking for a label partner. The record nlends historical authenticity with revitalized fire to ensure that Hill Country blues remains a living, evolving force.
